that it would handle dbt (the note/memo add on file for dbase). I also
also separated the initial file load from the decode, so that you can
request individual records, either as a simple indexed array, or an
association array.
I also expanded the sample code, so that you can enter a directory, and
also a file name into text boxes. This is not a particularly good idea
for a production site, but is useful for testing."
