Description Author

This class can get locale strings for multi-language sites.

It can display in a Web page the list of languages for the user to select. The selected language can be stored in a cookie to keep track of the user preferred language.

The class can load .INI files with application strings for the selected language.

The class can lookup for a given string in the loaded application texts and either output it or return it as a string.
